School construction plan tops Baltimore City's legislative priorities

Baltimore City's state senators and delegates are putting forth an ambitious plan to secure tens of millions of dollars in state funding to fix Baltimore's dilapidated school buildings, the Baltimore Sun reported.

Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake's administration has joined with the city's Annapolis delegation to push for legislative approval for the school system's plan to pay for construction.
