Sauer Inc., a Florida-based construction firm with an office in Landover, has won a $1.1 million contract to build activities center at the Crosswinds at Rolling Road apartment complex in Baltimore.
The 6,780-square-foot building will house a leasing office for the apartment complex as well as an activities center, Sauer said. The building will be located at 2531 Sarrington Circle. An affiliate of Harbor Group International LLC, based in Norfolk, Va., owns the property.
