Sapperstein in talks to build townhomes in Locust Point
The developer behind the McHenry Row project has been tapped to possibly build 55 townhouses near the Silo Point condominium tower in Locust Point.
Mark Sapperstein has entered negotiations with the Turner Development Co. to build housing units on 2.5 acres of land near the 24-story Silo Point tower in South Baltimore.
