Rotunda redevelopment project approved

The design of the Rotunda redevelopment project was approved Thursday by a unanimous vote of the Baltimore City Planning Commission, the Baltimore Messenger reported.

"Go forth and build," Commission Chairman Wilbur Cunningham told developer Hekemian & Co. following the 8-0 vote, with one member absent.
