Rockville warehouse sells for $12M
Elman Investors Inc. has acquired 12100 Parklawn Drive, an 85,000-square-foot industrial warehouse in Rockville for $11.9 million, or $139.76 per square foot.
It bought the building from Dorsey Management Company Parklawn LLC. Transwestern's Institutional Commercial Group brokered the sale.
The warehouse is 90 percent leased by the General Services Administration through 2012.
