Reports: Bank of America among banks close to $10B foreclosure settlement
As it finishes 2012 as the best-performing blue-chip stock, Bank of America may be inching towards settling a major legal issue.
The New York Times and several other major news outlets are reporting Monday that Charlotte, N.C.-based BofA and other large U.S. banks are close to a $10 billion deal to settle charges of foreclosure wrongdoings.
