Ravens Super Bowl victory brings record ratings for WJZ-TV
More than 1.5 million viewers tuned in during the peak hours of Super Bowl XLVII to watch the Baltimore Ravens defeat the San Francisco 49ers on WJZ-TV, according to ratings provided by the network.
WJZ-TV earned a 59.6 rating for the game, making it the highest-rated television program in Baltimore since Nielson ratings were first recorded in the 1950s.
