Proposed Baltimore Co. school board legislation termed 'personal attack'
Legislation proposed by a Baltimore County state senator to ban lobbyists and their spouses from serving on the county's school board was termed a "personal attack" by the board's only member associated with lobbying, the Baltimore Sun reported.
