ProMed Properties pays $22M for part of Union Memorial building
A New York company has acquired four floors of a medical building that is part of part of MedStar Union Memorial Hospital in North Baltimore.
ProMed Properties LLC paid $21.75 million to buy a leasehold interest for the third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors of 3333 N. Calvert St, known as the Johnston Professional Building. The 79,360 square feet sits atop MedStar Union Memorial Hospital and is located near Johns Hopkins University. The building is eight stories.
