Private equity firm buys division of Calvert School 

In response to an increasingly competitive marketplace for online and specialized education programs, officials at The Calvert School in Baltimore have sold Calvert Education Services — its division that markets its products and services to third parties — to a group of investors led by Baltimore-based Camden Partners Holdings LLC.
