Prince George's casino applicants must have deal with labor union

Applicants for a license to operate a casino in Prince George's County will have to reach a "labor peace agreement" with unions and provide their employees with health insurance and retirement benefits under rules issued by a state slots commission.

The requirements are included in a request for proposals the state Video Lottery Facility Location Commission issued Wednesday.
