Presbyterian Senior Living plans 36-unit community at Stadium Place
A new senior living community plans to open next spring on the site of the former Memorial Stadium in Waverly.
Presbyterian Senior Living, a network of 29 senior living communities, plans to build a new 36-unit rental community for seniors at Stadium Place, the organization said Tuesday.
The project is expected to be completed by spring 2014.
The 33rd Street community, called Heritage Run at Stadium Place, is being designed for seniors aged 62 and older and will offer what Presbyterian calls “maintenance-free…
