Police arrest fugitive suspected of killing man in November

Police say Tavon Barnett, 19, shot a father in victim's apartment while wife and kids were nearby

Baltimore police have arrested a 19-year-old man who's been on the lam for a month and a half after police said he fatally shot a man multiple times while the victim's family stood nearby.
