PNC Bank's 2013 focus: Customers and costs
PNC Financial Services Group Inc. CEO Jim Rohr was philosophical during the analysts call following Thursday’s release of fourth-quarter and full-year 2012 earnings.
PNC posted fourth-quarter earnings of $719 million, or $1.24 per share, up from $493 million, or 85 cents per share, a year ago.
