PMC Property plans $20M downtown Baltimore mixed-use project

The Baltimore Development Corp. plans to enter into negotiations with a Philadelphia firm for the redevelopment of six vacant commercial properties within blocks of the Inner Harbor.

The BDC will enter into an exclusive negotiating privilege with PMC Property Group Inc. to negotiate the terms of a land disposition agreement for the purchase and redevelopment of 117 Water St. and 26-36 S. Calvert St.
