PMC closes on 301 N. Charles purchase
PMC Property Group Inc. has closed on an acquisition of the 92,500-square-foot office building at 301 N. Charles St.
The Business Journal in September reported PMC was close to buying the building. Steven Bloom, an operating partner for PMC, declined to provide the purchase price.
The Philadelphia-based company plans to move quickly to convert the building to about 92 apartments, Bloom said.
“I’d say in nine months to a year, people will be living there,” Bloom said.
