Photos: Kennedy Krieger's 23rd annual Festival of Trees

It’s nicknamed Santa’s theme park for a reason.

The Festival of Trees, a three-day celebration of all things Christmas, comes to the Maryland State Fairgrounds Nov. 23-25. If you can’t guess from its name, trees are the star at this 23rd annual fundraiser for the Kennedy Krieger Institute.

Hundreds of trees, many sponsored by local companies, will be on display and for sale. View photos to the right of the creativity and in some cases, quirkiness, of this year’s corporate-sponsored trees.
