The Baltimore Orioles are expected to struggle again this season, not just on the field, but drawing interest off it. One team that doesn’t have that problem is the Philadelphia Phillies, who are once again expected to contend for the National League pennant. Former Major League player Hank Allen, a scout for the Houston Astros, joined WYPR’s Brian Crompwell, by telephone from Clearwater, Florida.
