Orioles confirm switch to Tickets.com

The Baltimore Orioles confirmed Monday that the team is switching its ticket provider from Ticketmaster to Tickets.com.

The Baltimore Business Journal first reported on the deal Nov. 29. Tickets.com will install its ProVenue ticketing service at Oriole Park at Camden Yards starting in the 2013 season.

Terms of the long-term deal were not disclosed.
