Opinion: Stop paying for poor value, start paying for better primary care

In a special edition of “Time” magazine published recently, Stephen Brill created quite a stir in his piece entitled: “Why Medical Bills are Killing Us”. He may have inadvertently distracted readers by delving into the concept of cost-to-charge ratios in our ridiculously complex world of hospital finance.
