O'Malley's top legislative aide Bryce joins Annapolis lobbying firm
Gov. Martin O’Malley’s top legislative aide Joseph C. Bryce has stepped down to join Annapolis lobbying firm Manis, Canning and Associates.
Bryce, who was chief legislative officer, will be replaced by Stacy A. Mayer. She has been deputy legislative officer for O’Malley since December 2008.
