O'Malley lays out plans to reduce gun violence
Gov. Martin O'Malley has unveiled details of plans that would give Maryland some of the nation's most stringent gun-control laws, the Baltimore Sun reported. O'Malley made his announcement at a gathering of national and international gun policy researchers at the Johns Hopkins University's Bloomberg School of Public Health.
