O'Malley floats penny hike to Maryland gas tax
Gov. Martin O’Malley on Wednesday floated the idea of adding a penny to the state’s gas tax to help pay for needed transportation projects in Maryland.
O’Malley’s comments came in Annapolis on Wednesday at the Baltimore Business Journal’s Annapolis Summit.
