Officer: Defendant’s DNA not found in apartment, Phylicia Barnes’ belongings 

One of the Baltimore City police officers involved in investigating the disappearance of Phylicia Barnes acknowledged Tuesday that no blood or DNA from anyone was recovered from fibers taken from the apartment where the North Carolina teen was staying when she visited Baltimore.
