Obama returns to 'collective action' theme in inaugural address
In his short, second inaugural address Monday, President Barack Obama said it will take "collective action" to meet the challenges of our time, The Business Journals reported.
Obama's thematic speech touched on a few of his priorities: shrinking the gap between rich and poor, training workers with the skills they need to get ahead, and cutting the federal budget without harming Social Security, Medicare or Medicaid.
