Obama to address Naval Academy graduates in May

President Barack Obama will become the sixth president to have spoken twice at a U.S. Naval Academy commencement when he addresses the 2013 graduating class's commissioning ceremony May 24, the Annapolis Capital reported.

Obama gave the academy's commencement address in 2009. The event will be held at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium just outside the capital city.
