Noxilizer buys Japanese company in effort to grow internationally
Baltimore sterilization company Noxilizer Inc. has acquired a like-minded Japanese company.
Noxilizer completed an assets acquisition of Japanese SAIAN Corp., which, like Noxilizer, has been developing a sterilization system for pharmaceutical, medical device and other medical uses. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Japanese company will become a new subsidiary of Noxilizer, called Noxilizer Japan KK. Former SAIAN CEO Ryuichi Iwasaki will stay on as general manager of the new…
