Nissan-leased Anne Arundel warehouse sells for $13.5M
A Secaucus, N.J., company has acquired a 154,400-square-foot warehouse in Curtis Bay for $13.5 million.
Hartz Mountain Industries Inc. bought the property at 1021 Swan Creek Drive from Swan Creek 5R LLC, a subsidiary of the Belt's Corp. Nissan North America occupies the building and recently signed a new 10-year lease, making the warehouse an attractive investment opportunity, said Jonathan H. Beard of CBRE Group Inc., which represented Belt's Corp.
