Nina Harper to succeed Hattie Harrison as Baltimore delegate
Gov. Martin O’Malley on Friday tapped a longtime community activist to succeed the late Hattie N. Harrison as state delegate for Baltimore’s 45th District.
Nina R. Harper has been executive director of the Oliver Community Association and the Oliver Economic Development Corp. since 2004. Harper, a Democrat, also was a co-chair of Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake’s mayoral transition team in 2010.
