New Owings Mills firm targets properties for retail conversion
A pair of real estate veterans has started a commercial real estate firm in Owings Mills.
Michael P. Meisel and William S. Berman launched United Fidelity Investments to acquire, develop and manage commercial real estate properties.
Berman said he and Meisel are interested in buying properties in the Baltimore-Washington area including undervalued shopping centers, office buildings and warehouses they can convert to retail space. They are also looking for raw land they can develop.
