National Aquarium generates $314M annually for Maryland, report says
The National Aquarium in Baltimore generates $314 million in annual economic impact for the city and state, a new report found.
The study, conducted by Sage Policy Group Inc., looked at the economic impact of both National Aquarium locations in Baltimore and Washington, D.C. The group found that both locations generates $319.6 million annually for Baltimore City, Maryland and D.C.
Aquarium visitors generates $272 million in Baltimore City alone, the report said. The aquarium supports 3,300 jobs…
