Mount Vernon apartment buildings fetch $1.53M
Two Mount Vernon apartment buildings have sold for a combined $1.53 million.
A buyer has purchased buildings totaling 18 apartments at 8 E. Eager St. and 906 St. Paul St., according to Sperry Van Ness RealSite Commercial Group, which brokered the deal. The firm did not provide the name of the buyer.
According to state records, Colombo Bank acquired both buildings during the summer from Mt. Vernon Properties LLC for $1.03 million.
