Montgomery extends smoking ban on county-owned property, exempts golf course
Smoking will now be prohibited on most Montgomery County-owned property, including parks and bus shelters, as the County Council passed legislation Tuesday to extend Montgomery's smoking ban already in effect for restaurants and workplaces, the Washington Post reported.
