Montgomery County soccer field battle may turn on land lease
The fate of the Brickyard property in Potomac may turn on the legality of the property’s lease, The Gazette reported.
Neighbors of the parcel are supporting Nick Maravell, who has operated Nick’s Organic Farm on the land owned by the school board for the last 30 years.
