Montgomery County schools settle for $50K 

Montgomery County Public Schools paid $50,000 in settlement of a couple’s five-year legal battle to get MCPS to compensate them for a semester of private-school tuition for their autistic daughter, according to documents obtained under the Maryland Public Information Act.
