Montgomery County OK's five-story Bethesda apartment plan

The Montgomery County Council has approved a rezoning at the Wildwood Medical Center on Old Georgetown Road that would allow for a new five-story, 58-unit apartment complex, BethesdaNow.com reports.

Some neighbors of the property had argued against the plan, fearing school overcrowding, traffic and environmental concerns.
