Montgomery County gives up on soccer fields at Brickyard

Potomac-area residents have won the battle of the Brickyard. Potomac Patch reports that Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett has informed Montgomery County Public Schools that the county is relinquishing its lease on the Brickyard Road property in Potomac and is no longer considering use of the property for soccer fields or other recreational purposes.
