Monday traffic: 1 lane of Liberty Road in Balto. Co. closed

A disabled vehicle reported on I-95 northbound shoulder, prior to Fort McHenry Tunnel

As of 8:30 a.m. Monday, one westbound lane and shoulder of Liberty Road at Washington Avenue in Baltimore County was closed due to a utility problem, the state highway administration reported.
