Minority business association threatens suit over Horseshoe Casino
Baltimore’s Horseshoe Casino could face another roadblock if the Maryland Minority Contractors’ Association makes good on a threat to sue the project’s general contractor and the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Commission.
