Millennial Media to buy Metaresolver

Millennial Media has signed an agreement to acquire a San Francisco startup mobile advertiser in all-cash deal.

Baltimore-based Millennial said the purchase of Metaresolver is subject to closing conditions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Metaresolver’s software analyzes volumes of data to deliver insight on mobile media buying for advertisers.
