Medifast CFO Brendan Connors resigns
Medifast Inc.'s chief financial officer has resigned from the company after two and a half years in the role. The Owings Mills weight-loss company said Brendan Connors stepped down "to pursue other interests."
Connors joined Medifast in 2005 as vice president of finance and was promoted to CFO in May 2010. Edward J. Powers, senior controller at the company, has been named interim CFO, effective immediately.
