Mechanic Theatre's latest development plan shows fewer apartments

David S. Brown Enterprises Ltd. has reduced the overall number of apartment units — while keeping density intact — for its proposed redevelopment of the Morris A. Mechanic Theatre site in downtown Baltimore.
