Md. offshore wind bill to be re-introduced in General Assembly

Despite having twice failed to clear the General Assembly, a new offshore wind bill will be introduced in the 2013 legislative session by Gov. Martin O'Malley, Gazette.net reported.

“We’re hoping to introduce something similar to last year,” O'Malley spokeswoman Takkira Winfield said, noting details of the bill are still being hammered out.
