Md. man gets nearly 13 years in biofuel fraud case

Federal prosecutors say a Maryland man convicted in a multimillion dollar biofuel fraud case has been sentenced to nearly 13 years. The U.S. Attorney’s office says 34-year-old Rodney Hailey of Perry Hall was sentenced Friday in U.S. District Court.
