MCR buys 10 Baltimore-area hotels
MCR Development LLC. a New York and Dallas-based hotel investment firm and hotel management company, has purchased a portfolio of 10 Baltimore-area Marriott and Hilton-brand hotels from Skye Hospitality.
The 10 hotels have a combined 1,294 rooms. The purchase prices was not disclosed.
MCR did not release the list of hotels it purchased but CoStar Group, a real estate industry website, reported that the following hotels were sold in the deal:
