Maryland suburban office market listing
Maryland's regional office market is listing, and commercial real estate analysts aren't expecting any boost in demand any time soon, The Gazette reports.
Quarterly reports from the likes of CBRE and Jones Lang LaSalle paint a dismal picture of the suburban leasing market. Jones Lang, for example, posted a net absorption for the suburban Maryland market of minus 214,105 square feet, dragging the year further into the red to date at negative 241,188 square feet.
