Maryland designates six Health Enterprise Zones
Communities in six Maryland counties were selected as the state’s first Health Enterprise Zones.
Community coalitions will work to improve health care access and quality in five designated areas: Capitol Heights in Prince George’s County, Greater Lexington Park in St. Mary’s County, Dorchester and Caroline counties, West Baltimore and Annapolis.
