Marriage equality brings wedding home for Ellicott City couple
Deborah Cummings-Thomas says seeing Sheila Alexander-Reid on the night of their first date was like "seeing her with new eyes." "All her attention was on me, it was magical," said the Ellicott City resident. Now four years later, Cummings-Thomas will be able to see her partner in a new light, as her wife.
