Man shot in Northwest Baltimore dies in hospital

In separate incident, 15-year-old shot near city police headquarters

A man who was shot about 6 p.m. Wednesday in the 4600 block of Laurel Avenue in Northwest Baltimore's Cylburn neighborhood later died at a hospital.
