Major developers are transforming student housing

Add student housing to the list of things you wish would have been this nice when you were younger. Major developers are planning to build resort-style student apartments at college campuses across the country, the Wall Street Journal reported.

Toll Bros. Inc. of Philadelpha, for instance, has bought land near the University of Maryland's College Park campus for a new student housing project.
